Place the bottle of August Kesseler 'R' Riesling in the refrigerator at least 2–3 hours before serving. If short on time, chill the bottle in an ice bucket filled with crushed ice and water for 20–30 minutes until it reaches 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Chill the bottle

Select Riesling or other white wine glasses. Ensure glasses are clean and free of detergent residue. If desired, chill the glasses briefly in the fridge (10–15 minutes) or by rinsing with cold water and letting them air-dry.

Prepare glassware

Open the bottle
