Cheesy Bread Ingredients

Method

Cheesy Bread Directions

1

Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette or Italian bread in half lengthwise.

2

Mix the Cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, asiago, and parmesan cheese. Mix well until the cheeses are evenly blended.

3

Add Garlic and Herbs

Mince the confit garlic and add it to the cheese mixture along with the mixed dried herbs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly.

4

Prepare the Bread Base

Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides of the bread. Use a brush or a spoon to spread it evenly.

5

Spread the Cheese Mixture

Generously spread the cheese and garlic mixture over the oiled sides of the bread.

6

Bake the Cheesy Bread

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

7

Serve with Tomato Sauce

Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Serve warm with a side of Dinapoli tomato sauce for dipping.
