Build the drink
Chill a large wine glass or goblet in the freezer for a few minutes. Fill the glass generously with ice to keep the sparkling wine from warming quickly.
Pour 60 ml Pallini Limoncello over the ice.
Add 15 ml Canton Ginger Liqueur for subtle ginger warmth and aromatic complexity.
Add 10 ml fresh lemon juice to brighten and balance the sweetness of the limoncello. If you prefer a slightly sweeter spritz, add 5 ml simple syrup now.
Garnish & Finish
Skewer a small piece of candied or crystallized ginger on a cocktail pick and rest it on the rim or float it on top as a complementary bite.
Serve immediately while the Prosecco is bubbly. Provide a straw or stirrer if the guest wants to rearrange sweetness/bubbles as they sip.
