Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the sopressata, mortadella, and provolone cheese into thin slices. Drain the roasted red peppers and hot cherry peppers.
Assemble the Sandwich
Take the Italian bread or sub roll and cut it in half lengthwise. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread. Layer the sopressata, mortadella, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and hot cherry peppers evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
Season
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the layered ingredients.
Grill the Sandwich
Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread. Preheat a grill or panini press. Grill the sandwich for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve
Remove the sandwich from the grill, slice in half, and serve hot.
