Chill the Wine

Fill a glass with 500 ml of chilled water to accompany the wine. This will help cleanse the palate between tastings.

Rinse the fresh clams under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any sand or grit.

Clean the Clams

In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cleaned clams to the pot along with 100 ml of white wine. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open.

Peel and devein 500 g of shrimp, if necessary. Rinse and pat dry.

In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Cook the Shrimp

Remove from heat and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice before serving.

Finish with Lemon Juice

Clean and rinse the mixed seafood under cold water. Set aside.

Prepare the Seafood

In a large pot, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the mixed seafood and 150 ml of white wine to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.

Cook Seafood

Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over the seafood, and sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper before serving.
