Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the shell apart slightly to expose the meat.

2

Season the Lobster

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the exposed lobster meat.

3

Heat the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4

Sear the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

5

Add Lemon and Parsley

Flip the lobster tails over and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6

Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the skillet and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with any remaining butter and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
