Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Burger

Season the beef (or veggie) burger with Cajun spice mix, salt, and black pepper. Shape into a patty.

2

Cook the Burger

Grill or pan-fry the burger over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

3

Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked burger on a bun, add lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices.

Plantain Chips Preparation

4

Prepare the Plantains

Peel the green plantains and slice them thinly at an angle.
