Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves to release their oils.
Mix the Ingredients
Add rum, cynar, amaro montenegro, beet cordial, fresh lime juice, and lime bitters to the shaker.
Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally garnish with a mint sprig.
