Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Amaro Punico, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, grapefruit bitters, and allspice dram.
Dry Shake
Perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon twist to enhance aroma and presentation.
