Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook Sunny Side Up Eggs

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack 4 eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Toast

  1. 2

    Prepare Toast

While the eggs are cooking, toast 2 slices of bread to your desired crispiness. Once toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice.

Smoked Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook Smoked Sausage

In a separate skillet, cook 2 links of smoked sausage over medium heat. Sauté until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

Fried Potatoes

  1. 4

    Fry Potatoes

Peel and dice 2 medium potatoes into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Bacon

  1. 5

    Cook Bacon

In another skillet, cook 4 strips of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
