Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside.

  3. 3

    Chop the Stems

Finely chop the mushroom stems and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Filling

  1. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In the bowl with the chopped stems, add the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 5

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a small spoon or your fingers, stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing it in slightly to ensure it holds.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.

  2. 7

    Bake the Mushrooms
