Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spaghetti

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Seafood

  1. 3

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add the shrimp, scallops, and mussels. Cook until the shrimp is pink and the scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove seafood from skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.

  2. 5

    Add Wine and Cream

Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then, stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked seafood back into the skillet, along with the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Combining Everything

  1. 7

    Mix Pasta with Sauce

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
