Preparation Steps
Prepare the Sugar Rim
Pour the sugar onto a small plate. Take one of the peach slices and rub it around the rim of your serving glasses to moisten it, then dip the rim into the sugar until it is coated evenly. Set the glasses aside.
Mix the Cocktail
In a large pitcher, combine the La Marca Prosecco and Peach Schnapps. Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients without losing too much carbonation.
Serve the Cocktail
Pour the peach and Prosecco mixture carefully into the prepared glasses, filling each glass about 2/3 full. Garnish each drink with a fresh peach slice placed on the rim of the glass.
