Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Champagne

Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and the chilled champagne. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles.

  4. 4

    Serve

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass halfway. Add a slice of orange to the rim of each glass for garnish.
