Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Crab Claws

Rinse the crab claws under cold water to remove any debris. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  4. 4

    Add the Crab Claws

Place the cleaned crab claws in the skillet, ensuring they are evenly coated with the garlic butter.

  5. 5

    Pour in the White Wine

Add the white wine to the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the crab claws and garlic butter.

  6. 6

    Add Lemon Juice and Herbs

Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the claws to heat through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve the crab claws immediately, drizzling any remaining sauce over them.
