Prepare the Corn Bread Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Bake the Corn Bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into the dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Braise the Ribeye
Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender. Remove the ribeye and let it rest before slicing.
Poached Eggs

Prepare the Poaching Water
In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle simmer and add vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Poach the Eggs
Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Hollandaise Sauce

In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice.

Remove from heat, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and whisk until combined. Serve warm.
