Prepare Eggs

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook them to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper. For sunny-side up, cook until the whites are set. For over-easy, flip gently and cook for an additional minute.

Cook Bacon or Sausage
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat. For bacon, cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. For sausage, cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Prepare Hash Browns

Cook Hash Browns
In another skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen hash browns. If using, add chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both sides are crispy.

On a plate, arrange the cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, and crispy hash browns. Serve hot and enjoy!
