    Rim the glass with celery salt by moisten the rim with lemon juice and then dipping it into the celery salt.

    In a shaker or a mixing glass, combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
