Villa Doluca is medium-bodied and benefits from being slightly below room temperature (about 14–16°C / 57–61°F). Remove from fridge ~5–10 minutes before pouring if it’s too cold.

Chill and examine

Using a waiter’s corkscrew, cut the foil below the lip, remove the cork gently, and inspect the wine for aroma by swirling a small pour in a glass. Note blackberry, oak and chocolate aromas typical of this bottle.

Open the bottle
