Make the Burger
Mix the Patty Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Korean chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape them into patties.
Cook the Patties
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty to melt.

Toast the burger buns lightly if desired. Place a patty on the bottom bun, top with kimchi, and add the sunny side up egg. Cover with the top bun.
