Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Tokaji Furmint and Hárslevelü grapes, ensuring a good proportion of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) for sweetness.

Gently crush the grapes to release their juice without damaging the skins excessively.

Extract the juice from the crushed grapes and place it in a clean fermentation vessel.

Sprinkle the yeast over the juice and stir gently to incorporate.

Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature of around 18-20°C (64-68°F) for 2-3 weeks, monitoring for sugar levels.

Once fermentation is complete, transfer the wine into oak barrels for aging.

Let the wine age in the barrels for a minimum of 18 months, during which it will develop its complex flavors and aromas.

After aging, if desired, add sugar to taste to enhance sweetness and balance the acidity.

Filter and bottle the wine, ensuring it is sealed tightly to preserve its quality.
