1. Prepare the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine Rémy Martin X.O., Michter’s bourbon, amaretto, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white.

2. Dry Shake

Perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

3. Shake with Ice

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

4. Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
