Preparation

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

Mango Habanero Sauce

In a bowl, mix mango puree, minced habanero, honey, and lime juice until combined.

Sweet Heat Sauce

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Garlic Parm Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley until well combined.

BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, mix together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika until well blended.

Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in hot sauce and vinegar until combined and heated through.

Serving

Toss and Serve

Once the wings are done baking, toss them in your desired sauce. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
