Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

Fresh avocado with lime, cilantro, and onion.

Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.

Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

In a separate bowl, gently toss the fresh raspberries with a pinch of salt and honey until they are well-coated.

Chop the dried figs into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the raspberries. Mix well.

Pour the melted chocolate over the raspberry and fig mixture, stirring gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Slowly pour in the red wine, mixing until all components are thoroughly combined.

Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the mixture and fold it in gently.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Once chilled, spoon the mixture into serving dishes and enjoy with a glass of Banyuls wine.
