Prep
Choose meat and sides
Select one cooked meat option from the meat section (bacon, ham, sausage, or grilled chicken). If meat is not yet cooked, cook it now: pan-fry bacon until crisp, brown sausage links and crumble, warm or pan-sear ham, or grill/poach chicken and dice. Prepare chosen side (toast bread, heat or pan-fry hash browns, or toss a small side salad).
Cook omelette
Heat pan
Place a 8–10 inch nonstick or well-seasoned skillet over medium-low to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter and swirl to coat the bottom; let butter foam but not brown (about 1 minute).
Serve
Serve immediately with chosen bread (butter toast) and the selected side (hash browns or side salad). Offer additional condiments on the side.
Leftovers: refrigerate any extra cooked meat or omelette in an airtight container up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a low oven or skillet to avoid drying.
