Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- 2
Make the Lobster Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth. Add the lobster meat and dill, mixing well. Heat on low until warmed through.
- 3
Assemble the Nachos
On a large plate or baking sheet, layer the tortilla chips, followed by the cooked shrimp, flaked salmon, red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Place the assembled nachos under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Top and Serve
Drizzle the lobster cream sauce over the melted nachos. Serve immediately while hot.
