Remove the chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off. Dredge each tenderloin in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
