1. Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

2. Marinate the Chicken

Soak the chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to tenderize.

3. Coat the Chicken

Remove the chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off. Dredge each tenderloin in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.

4. Fry the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
