Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Cajun Mayo

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning until well combined. Set aside.

2

Blacken the Angus Patty

Season the Angus beef patty generously with Cajun seasoning on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

3

Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the jalapeño jack cheese slice on top of the patty and cover the skillet to let it melt.

4

Assemble the Burger

Spread the Cajun mayo on the bottom half of the burger bun. Place the lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked Angus patty with melted cheese. Top with fried jalapeños and tomato slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
