Choose Your Beer

Select a craft beer from the menu. Pour into a pint glass and serve chilled.

Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Cook the Burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheese-topped patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Add ketchup and mustard to taste, then top with the other half of the bun.
