For the Grilled Filet Mignon

Prepare the Steaks
Remove filet mignon steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.

Season the Steaks
Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Rest the Steaks
Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
For the Potato Pavé

Layer the Potatoes
In a greased baking dish, layer the potato slices, seasoning each layer with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.

Add Cream and Butter
Melt the butter and mix it with the heavy cream. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered potatoes.

Bake
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Let the potato pavé cool slightly, then cut into squares to serve.

Prepare the Asparagus
Wash and trim the ends of the jumbo asparagus spears.

Grill the Asparagus
Grill the asparagus over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
For the Worcestershire Reduction

In a small saucepan, bring Worcestershire sauce to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted and well combined.
