Prepare the White Peach Puree
If using fresh peaches, peel and pit the peaches, then blend them in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids if desired.
Combine Ingredients
In a champagne flute, pour in the white peach puree first.
Add Schnapps
Next, add the DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps to the glass.
Top with Prosecco
Slowly top the mixture with Prosecco, pouring gently to create a layered effect.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
