Directions
Brew the Tea
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the black tea bags and let steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
Combine Ingredients
Once the tea has cooled, stir in 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar until fully dissolved.
Serve
In a glass, add ice cubes and pour the pineapple iced tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and mint leaves.
