Method

Prepare Espresso

    Brew the Espresso

    In an espresso machine, add 2 tablespoons of espresso coffee grounds to the portafilter. Tamp the grounds down firmly and lock the portafilter in place.

    Extract the Espresso

    Pour 60 ml of water into the espresso machine and start the brewing process. Allow the espresso to extract for about 25-30 seconds until you have a rich, concentrated espresso shot.

Assemble Freddo Espresso

    Prepare the Glass

    In a tall glass, fill it with 1 cup of ice cubes to chill the drink.

    Combine Espresso and Milk

    Once the espresso is ready, pour it over the ice in the glass. Then, add 100 ml of milk to the glass, stirring gently to combine the espresso and milk.

    Sweeten (Optional)

    If desired, add 1 teaspoon of sugar or your preferred sweetener to taste. Stir the mixture until well combined.
