Build & Shake
Dry-shake (shake vigorously without ice) for 15–20 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build a creamy foam.
Add a generous handful of ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for 12–15 seconds to chill and properly dilute the cocktail.
Serve & Garnish
Garnish with one edible rose petal or a dehydrated strawberry slice laid on the foam. Optionally dust a small pinch of powdered sugar over the petal for a dewy look.
Serve immediately. To appreciate the aromatics, encourage the drinker to bring the glass close to the nose before sipping so the rose water, angelica bitters and Chartreuse herbal notes register first.
