Preparation

1

Chill bottle

Place the bottled Samdasoo in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to achieve a crisp, refreshing temperature (about 4–8°C). If time is short, set the bottle in an ice bath for 15–20 minutes.

2

Prepare serving glass

Select a clean, clear glass. If you prefer a very cold drink, pre-chill the glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it briefly with ice water, then discard the ice water just before pouring.

3

Add ice (optional)

If you want your water extra cold, add 3–6 ice cubes to the glass. Note: adding ice will slightly dilute the taste as it melts; for the pure mineral flavor, serve without ice.

4

Pour water

Open the bottled Samdasoo carefully to preserve carbonation (if using a carbonated variant) and pour slowly into the glass at a slight angle to keep bubbles delicate. Fill to near the rim, leaving a small gap to prevent spills.

5

Garnish (optional)

If desired, add a thin lemon slice on the rim or float it in the glass and tuck a small mint sprig alongside for aroma. Do not overpower the clean mineral flavor—use garnish sparingly.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while cold. If serving multiple people, present additional chilled bottles on ice and offer lemon and mint on the side so guests can customize.
