In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to burst, about 5-7 minutes.

While the tomatoes are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes. Toss to combine, adding more olive oil if needed. Season with salt and black pepper.

Plate the pasta and sprinkle with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with red and white wine.
