Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Bok Choy

Wash the bok choy thoroughly under running water. Chop off the base and slice the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

2

Marinate the Robalo

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the robalo fillets in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

3

Cook the Robalo

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the robalo from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later. Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4

Sauté the Bok Choy

In the same skillet, add the bok choy and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Add the reserved marinade and cook for an additional minute.

5

Serve

Plate the sautéed bok choy and top with the cooked robalo fillets. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top before serving.
