Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

2

Mince the Garlic

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking

3

Sauté the Brussels Sprouts

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.

4

Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the garlic from burning.

5

Add Balsamic Glaze

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the Brussels sprouts and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly.

6

Season

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Serving

7

Serve

Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the sautéed Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Enjoy warm!
