Preparation

1

Chill glass

Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail so the drink stays nicely chilled when served.

2

Measure ingredients

Using a jigger, measure 2 oz vodka, 1 oz Soho Lychee Liqueur, 1 oz lychee juice. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, measure 0.25 oz simple syrup; if you prefer brighter acidity, measure 0.25 oz fresh lime juice instead or in addition.

Shake & Serve

3

Add ice to the cocktail shaker until roughly two-thirds full (about 1 cup). Pour in the measured vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, and any optional simple syrup or lime juice.

4

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds. A good, hard shake both chills and slightly dilutes the cocktail for proper balance and texture.

5

Discard the ice or water from the chilled martini/coupe glass. Strain the cocktail through the shaker strainer into the chilled glass, leaving the ice in the shaker.

6

Garnish with one canned lychee skewered on a cocktail pick and rest it on the rim or drop it into the drink. Serve immediately.
