Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Sear the Steak

Drizzle olive oil over the steak and place it on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time based on thickness.

3

Prepare the Lobster

While the steak is cooking, prepare the lobster tails. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the shell of each lobster tail. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

4

Cook the Lobster

In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

5

Finish and Serve

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the lobster and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve the filet mignon alongside the lobster tails.
