1

Build and Shake

Fill a cocktail shaker or Boston shaker with crushed ice (about 1 cup). Add 2 oz Pusser's Rum, 3 oz orange juice, 1 oz pineapple juice (or pina colada mix), and 0.5 oz coconut cream (omit or reduce if your pina colada mix already contains coconut cream).

2

Shake

Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy from the coconut cream.

3

Prepare Glass

Fill a double old-fashioned glass or tiki mug about 3/4 full with fresh crushed ice.

4

Strain

Double-strain (using a Hawthorne and fine strainer if available) the shaken mixture over the crushed ice in the prepared glass.

5

Garnish and Finish

Grate a light dusting of fresh nutmeg over the top (about a pinch or to taste). Garnish with an orange wheel or pineapple wedge on the rim.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with a short straw. Optionally provide a small bar spoon for stirring as the crushed ice melts.
