Mini Shrimp Balls

Method

Instructions

1

Prepare the Shrimp Mixture

In a food processor, combine the raw shrimp, garlic, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but not puréed.

2

Mix Ingredients

Transfer the shrimp mixture to a mixing bowl. Add breadcrumbs and the egg. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

3

Form the Balls

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

4

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.

5

Fry the Shrimp Balls

Carefully place the shrimp balls into the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

6

Serve with Tartar Sauce

Serve the mini shrimp balls hot with tartar sauce on the side for dipping.
