Chill the glass
Place a tall serving glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes to chill. Remove from freezer and wipe the outside dry with a clean towel.

Pour Pepsi
Pour the Pepsi into the chilled glass, filling about 3/4 of the way to leave room for ice cream and foam.

Add ice cream
Gently add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glass; allow it to float on top of the Pepsi and create a creamy layer.

Spoon or pipe about a tablespoon of whipped cream on top of the ice cream for a foamy crown.

Place one maraschino cherry on top of the whipped cream as a colorful garnish.
