Prepare ingredients
Measure and prepare all ingredients: 60 ml light rum, 30 ml blue curaçao, 60 ml cream of coconut, 120 ml pineapple juice, and 1 cup crushed ice. Have a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry ready for garnish.

In a blender, combine the light rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled hurricane glass. If desired, top with a little extra crushed ice.
