Peel ‘n’ Eat Shrimp steamed in Beer.
In a large pot, combine the beer, water, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Once the liquid is simmering, carefully add the shrimp to the pot. Ensure they are evenly distributed.
Cover the pot with a lid and steam the shrimp for about 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Remove the pot from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.
