Mixing the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut vodka, Soho Lychee Liqueur, lychee juice, yuzu syrup, and white wine. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Shaking
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
Adding Ginger Ale
Top the drink with ginger ale to your liking.
Garnishing
Garnish with a piece of lychee fruit on top.
