Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Havana Club Añejo Reserva rum, Averna bitter, Lemoncocco, sour mix, and pineapple juice.
Shake
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic finish.
