Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass or cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Ungava gin, Aperol, and Fentimans botanical ginger beer. Stir gently to mix.
Pour and Add Sparkling Wine
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with sparkling wine, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a dried orange slice on the rim of the glass.
