Our famous bread pudding.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Tear the day-old bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture over the bread pieces, ensuring all pieces are soaked. Add in the raisins and gently fold to combine.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Pour the bread mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and a slight golden brown on top.
Let the bread pudding cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
