Prepare the Creamy BBQ Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a few tablespoons of oil.

Fry the Chicken
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chicken breasts in the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the brioche buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a generous amount of the creamy BBQ sauce. Place a fried chicken breast on top, followed by a slice of pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
